These Terms govern your use of eastbridge-games.com. Our games are distributed on third-party platforms (Steam) and are governed by their terms once you get them there.
02 · Who can use the site
This site is public and read-only. Anyone may browse it — there are no accounts, no signups, and no age-gated features. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
03 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site without our written permission
- Attempt to break the site, circumvent security, or extract data you shouldn't have
- Impersonate the studio or anyone affiliated with it

Everything on this site — screenshots, logos, copy, design, and the site itself — is © 2026 Eastbridge Games, all rights reserved, unless otherwise noted.
Press use: assets on the press kit page are free to use editorially, with attribution to "Eastbridge Games." No other license is granted.
Fan use: screenshots, clips, and streams of our games are welcome on any platform, monetized or not. Fan art and cosplay are encouraged. If you want to make something commercial using our IP, email us first.
05 · Your content
When you email us or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to read, reference, and — when relevant — quote it anonymously, unless you say otherwise. We will never publish a personal detail you shared without asking first.
You keep ownership of anything you write or create.
06 · Accounts
We don't operate accounts on this website — there's nothing to log into.
07 · Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, always available, or up to date. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for what's on them.
Nothing on this site — including the devlog — is financial, legal, or professional advice. It's a studio talking about its own work.
08 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastbridge Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim connected to the site is capped at $100 USD or the amount you paid us directly in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
09 · Termination
You may stop using the site at any time — no formalities required. We may block abusive or automated access if you violate these terms.
10 · Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll post a dated notice on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County.
